The Queensland Government is celebrating Queensland’s youngest residents and their families, with the latest G’day Little Queenslanders event on the Sunshine Coast.

The heartwarming free events are all about bringing together Queensland’s new babies and their families, for a morning of fun, laughter, and activities including everyone’s favourite heelers, Bluey and Bingo.

The family-friendly event at Baringa Forest Park in Baringa on 28 June, will feature live children’s entertainment including the Bluey Live Interactive Experience, food trucks, and welcoming spaces to play, relax and connect.

It’s just one of the ways the Queensland Government is delivering a fresh start and a plan for Queensland’s future, while also ensuring parents have access to the must-know government resources and local services.

Parents can also register their children aged 0-2 years to receive a personalised certificate on the day.

Premier David Crisafulli said G’day Little Queenslander events brought local families together to celebrate life’s early milestones.

“G’day Little Queenslanders is about celebrating our newest Queenslanders, bringing families together and building community connections, Premier Crisafulli said.

“It’s a great opportunity for people from across the Sunshine Coast region to discover and connect with a wide range of supports, including government resources, health services, and community organisations.

“These events are being held in 14 communities across the State to make sure every Queensland family feels connected and supported during those early years.”
