Cases of Human Swine Influenza have been confirmed in countries throughout the world, including Australia, by the World Health Organization.
Queenslanders should stay calm as there are good systems in place to detect and respond to outbreaks of illness.
Queensland is working with the Commonwealth and other states to ensure a coordinated response to the current outbreak.
